On October 18, 2010, the WSU Forensics Union hosted a public debate with the traveling British Debate Team of Lewis Iwu and Mary Nugent on the topic, "Resolved: this house would negotiate with terrorists." The debate occurred at Bernath Auditorium at the UG Library.
